We will be having our first General Meeting of the Spring Semester on Monday, February 6th at 7:00 PM in Thompson 121. During this General Meeting, we will be discussing potential guest speakers and plant tours for the Spring Semester. Also, we'll give an update on our ROV project and the progress that has made so far, and discussing future workdays to get it ready for the MATE International Competition. Be sure to stop by see what ASME-Tech is up to for this semester! And as always, there will be free food for all current and potential members.

We will have our October General Meeting on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at 7:30 PM in Thompson 121. During this General Meeting, we will have a guest speaker from Lynntech, and will be discussing potential internship opportunities and club sponsorships for the coming year. Also, we will discuss our current ROV project, and our progress that we have made so far. Please make sure to stop by see what ASME-Tech is up to! And as always, there will be free food.

We will have our first General Meeting of the Fall 2011 semester this Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 7:30 PM in Thompson 121. During this General Meeting, we will begin the Fall semester by welcoming everyone to ASME-Tech, as well as give a short presentation about our plans for the 2012 ROV project, and talk about upcoming speakers for General Meetings. Be sure to stop by, there will be free pizza!!

We will have our fourth ROV meeting of the Spring semester this Friday, February 25, 2011 at 5:15 PM in Thompson 107A. During this short meeting, we will be discussing ideas for the ballast tank system, as well as answering any questions about the machining process. We will have our third ROV meeting of the Spring semester this Friday, February 18, 2011 at 5:00 PM in Thompson 107A. During this short meeting, we will continue discussing the design of our manipulator arm, hydraulic system, and neutral buoyancy system. Since the chassis construction has been completed, we will continue moving forward in the assembly process.

We will be having our second ROV meeting of the Spring semester this Friday, February 11, 2011 at 5:00 PM in Thompson 107A. During the meeting, the various teams will discuss and report their progress of the prior week. Materials for the chassis will be collected this Friday, and construction will begin either this weekend or the following weekend.
